Yes. A current prescription is required for prescription and myopia control lenses. You can enter the prescription details manually, upload a prescription image, or choose to send the prescription after placing the order. Please include the required SPH, CYL, AXIS, and PD information, as well as ADD or prism values when prescribed.

We check that the required details are present and clear, and we may contact you if information is missing, unclear, or does not match the selected lens options.
