Where can I get a prescription for my child?

Your child’s prescription comes from an eye care professional—usually an optometrist or optician—after a simple eye exam.

No worries! Our customer service team can fix your prescription as long as you reach out to us in a timely manner. How long do I have to wait for my kid's glasses after I have ordered them?

The anticipation is half the fun! Your order will be delivered within 7 - 14 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns or exchanges within 30 days after delivery. If the issue is caused by an error, defect, damage, or incorrect item on our part, we cover the return shipping cost. For returns or exchanges for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Our 365-Day Guarantee provides one replacement pair within 12 months for clear defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover accidental damage, negligence, or improper care.
